My playlists are broken - playlist not playing properly

My playlists are broken - playlist not playing properly

Plan: Premium

Country:  USA

 

Device: All devices 

Operating System: All OS

 

My Question or Issue

 

I deleted some older playlists and downloaded songs and created a couple of new playlists. 

 

Here is  the issue that started happening after I did the above as of 10/09/2022: 

 

-  I play ANY playlist and the first songs of the playlist plays

 

- The moment I press the NEXT SONG button, the app plays a song from a Spotify playlist I had downloaded but currently is not downloaded to the device. In my case, it's a Breakbot playlist. 

 

This issue happens on ALL my devices. I've checked for updates on ALL devices and it's all up to date.

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. 

 

Could you let us know if this is happening when you're streaming or in Offline mode as well?

 

On another note, we suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in twice in a row on all your devices. This will trigger a sync between your account and devices.

 

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind performing a clean reinstall of the app on your devices by following these specific steps?
