My premium account is not working anymore

Hi,

I pay for Spotify but can not use my premium account. I have tried to delete and reinstall the app. twice but it still not working. Following error message appear when i click on a song  "Spotify is required for on-demand mobile streaming. It´s free to stream on desktop"

PLease need help!

Hi, and welcome to the community!

Please note it can take some time for a premium subscription to activate across all devices.

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
2) Spotify desktop should say 'Spotify premium' at the top.
3) Try logging out and in again.
4) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!

Hi

I have had spotify premium in more than two years and I never had such a problem before.

The number 0 is written under each of my playlist as if there where 0 songs on it. When I click on a playlist, all my songs appear though, but in grey and when I click on it, the error message named below appear.

I've just taken a look at your account and it seems your credit card has expired. If you update your card information here, then resubscribe, everything'll go back to normal right away.

My card hasn´t expired actually. But well, if this can solve the problem... Thank´s for helping anyway!
