My premium account stil does not have acces to videos for music

My premium account stil does not have acces to videos for music

i currently have the family plan premium, all other accounts have this feature but i dont, last few months ive asked the same question and they told me to wait, well im still waiting up ur game spotify

Hello!

 

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I understand your concern, however, this feature is still progressively rolling out for all users, this means it might take some time for you to get it. Just make sure to keep your app updated to be able to use it as soon as it becomes available.

I used to have Videos where i used to live. A month ago i moved to the USA and i have same account but I can’t switch to video.

Thanks for your message. Some features may vary depending on your market. Since you recently moved, ensure your account region matches your new location (update this in your account settings). Also, keep your app updated, as features roll out progressively.
