My spotify is not detecting my device.... HELP

Hi,

i have make sure my computer and my mobile is on the same wifi and both log in to my acccount.

But my spotify is not showing the device, and my device is not showing the full number of songs in the playlist.

On computer, i have a playlist with 54 tracks, but device only show 14. I did everything but nothing fixing the problem. 

All files on my pc and phone are ON available offline..

I have 

Spotify Premium 

Iphone:  5  (16 gb)

Version : 7.0.4

Spotify version : 0.9.6.81

Do you have a firewall running on your PC? If so try disabling it.
