My spotify won't even open to play music after I log in?

Alright, I've even went as far as to creating a new premium account because this issue is that deep for me. I got the new IPhone 7 plus a week ago and downloaded spotify and once I log in and try to play music it stops working. I deleted and reinstalled many times with no luck. In the span of 15 second it tries to pull up the app and crashes. My sister has not had these issues with hers on her same phone. I'ved had a tech look at my phone to make sure it wasn't the phone and now I'm convinced it's my account. Has anyone had these issues? How did you fix it? i don't want to cancel but I'm not going to pay for something that doesn't work.
