Need to be a rockstar to change playlist cover photos

I'm aware that if you're on desktop you can change cover photos for playlists, however you have to be a Rockstar to do so. Is there any quick way to become one? i really just want to change my playlist photos and don't want to go through a big hassle just to change a photo. Thanks in advance everyone!

The best (and only) way to become a rockstar is to help out your fellow spotify users in the community help forums. Share your knowledge, and try to lend a helping hand if you can! Contributing and helping out is a great feeling 🙂

Please note that being able to change your Desktop playlists cover has nothing to do with ranks you have in the Spotify Community 🙂

To change a playlists cover image just follow these steps:

1. Open Spotify and navigate in the PLAYLISTS section in the left panel.
2. Select a playlist and hover you mouse over the playlist cover image.
3. Click on it and a window should pop up.
4. Now click on Choose image and pick one on your local machine. 
5. You have now changed your playlists cover image 😄

Note: The image should be bigger than 300x300 to be applied as your playlist cover image.
