New features like lyrics, blends are not available

I have the latest (updated) version of the app and I still can’t see lyrics texts and use blends. All my friends can use these features.

I tried logging out, reinstalling the app, nothing helps.

Maybe the problem can be the following - I started using Spotify in 2019 when it wasn’t working in Russia (I was living in Europe during this time). I had free subscription plan by this time.

When I came back to Russia I continued using the app but I couldn’t update my subscription to premium.

Maybe this information can help you somehow.

I know it's not the best to not get all the latest features that you might see on the accounts of some friends, so I'll clarify what's going on. 

About Lyrics - this feature is still being rolled out to all account. This means that everyone will get it eventually. You can reach out to our customer support team here, as they might be able to assist you with Lyrics further.

About the Blend issue - the right folks at Spotify are currently aware of this and are working on a fix. You can add your +Vote and subscribe to this Thread in order to stay on top of any development.
