New tabbed-style interface still not activated

Hello,

All the screenshots and posts I see alreadt contain the new tabbed interface. In fact, it has already been released a few months ago. However, for some odd reason my Spotify still doesn't show it, even after clearing all data and reinstalling.

Someone said that the new interface is being introduced on a country-by-country basis. Is that true? And if yes, why is it taking so long to introduce it (in the Netherlands). This is simply ridiculous.. especially considering that beside the text elements, all languages is the same interface and codebase.
