No 7 Day Trial

I've made a new account and logged onto it on the computer which is how my friend said she activated her 7 day free trial just last week. When I logged in all it told me was that I can get a 30 day free trial if I put in a credit card--and I don't want a 30 day trial. I want the 7 day trial. I tried logging in through my friend's phone and it still wouldn't give me a 7 day trial. I don't know if I just shouldn't use this app because it's stupid how some people can get the trial with no credit card but I'm being forced to put my information with no other choice. Why? I would really appreciate the help of anyone because I'm actually a bit annoyed.

Did you try to go to go to Settings then click Account while using the phone? The free trial request should be there.
