No Devices (Can't Sync)

Hi, so yesterday my Ipad mini and Iphone were synching perfectly fine over wi-fi. Today however nothing shows up under devices and it refuses to work with anything. I tried logging in and out of all the devices, I restarted the devices, I disconnect and reconnected my router/modem. Even tried plugging the devices in, nothing. The most fustrating part of this is that I dorm at school and Spotify never syched offliine there. My only hope was to do it while I was home and now that not even working! WTF. This is honestly a dealdbreaker. If this can't be solved or fixed then I'm done with spotify for the time being. I've used ther service for years now and my offiline music is just as important to me than the music already avaliable on spotify. My computer is a Hp PC Laptop btw.
