No download possible due to 3k files limitation

iOS Version 11.01 / 11.02

Spotify version: 8.4.20.535 / premium / family

Available free memory on device ~40Gb

Hi all,

for some reason I can't download any additional files due to the limitation of 3k downloaded files.

My acttions:

1. checked number of files -> significantly below the value ~1k fales
2. Log out / log in -> no change
3. restart Device iPad x2 / iPhone -> no change
4. Delete all downloaded files -> no change although no files after setting the filter to 'Download' were shown.
5. Re-Installed the app - no change

The funny thing is that if I try to download some of the old flies (downloaded in the past but now deleted) this works fine but no additional new titles. Is there somewhere a download history that can disturb the system?

I feel a bit lost....
