Hope you're doing great!

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running? A screenshot would be helpful too.

I'll see what I can suggest next!

Could you share with us a screenshot or a screen recording which shows how the app looks / behaves on your end? Feel free to let us know the following as well:

  • your device's make, model and OS
  • the version of your Spotify app
  • what troubleshooting you've done so far so we avoid repeating the steps
