Not downloading???

So I just got Spotify premium and I wanted to download one of my favorite playlists. However, when my phone tried to download iSpy, it wouldn't work. It keeps attempting to download and not finishing. This is both preventing me from listening to the song (even if I'm not in offline mode) and preventing the rest of the playlist from downloading. I've tried to cancel the download and restart it but it didn't do anything. What should I do?

Hi, does this happen to other playlists that you have? If not try to download the playlist on another device like a computer and if it downloads check if your Spotify is up to date.
