Not even my "Local Files" can sync

I've lurked around the forums and found out my iPod Nano 8Gb cant be synced with my playlists, which is okay.

But now, as im trying to sync my "Local Files", it only gives me the "Only local files synced" error. and i have about 1000 songs in my Local Files, yet it tells me it only uses 0.09GB out of the 7.32 ive got. Ive Activated and deactivated the Disk Use in iTunes. And each time i un-check the Local Files list, Spotify closes.

please help
