Not syncing

Hi guys I'm new to spotify. I have 2 devices running my account. Everything was going good. I "followed" a full playlist, and it was syncing so I could have that playlist offline. While that was in progress I was adding other music to another playlist. Now the syncing to make it offline just stops at certain songs. All this is on the device I use the most. The other one I don't use as much has everything fine with it. Anyone have any solutions please help me! Thanks

Is there anything special about the tracks it stops on, do you have them as local files on your computer or anything?
