Offline Playlists on more than 3 devices?

After opening Spotify for iOS, this:

So I sign into my account online and I see this:

Only 2 devices, right?

1) What is happening?

2) Why is it continuing to happen? This is probably the 5th time this has happened to me, it forces me to re-sync all playlists to the iOS app.

You might consider to remove all the devices, and add them again.

I don't know if you have other devices where you (not specifically) use Spotify in combination with the offline mode. But any devices connected with your account could cause Spotify to think its synced more then once.

To start fresh, I suggest doing that.

The same thing is happening to me too ..

this is totally frustrating.. Spotify fix this bug please...

- I removed all devices that my offline devices show no device. 

- I've had all my listed devices for a long time now, and spotify was already installed on them

- this issue just started happening last week and it's recurring like the 3rd time now.
