Offline Problem

When I put in offline mode a playlist and it downloads all songs I close the app and then all the songs aren't in offline mode help pls

Hello there & welcome to the Community!

Are you sure all songs have been marked with a green arrow.

The green arrow means the song has been downloaded and you should be able to play it without connection.

Playlists also show a green arrow when they've been fully downloaded for offline usage.

Please ensure you see these two characteristics on the songs and the playlist.
