Offline Songs need Internet to „work“.... again

My Question or Issue

I am using my ipod for years to listen to my offline albums at work. Today it doesnt work. It requires a internet connection. What can i do? This is not the first time.

Whenever you get back online, could you try a clean reinstall of the app on your device

following these steps?

If that doesn't help, let me know what iPod model you have, as well as the iOS version you're running. You can find this by going to Settings > General > About.

Additionally, reply with a screenshot of what happens when you attempt to listen to music offline. Make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the Community.
