Offline devices

Anyone who could help me out, i can’t save music offline due to the message popping up “disable offline listening from other devices”, i have already logged out from previous phones of mine

Hey there @Spoidermoan

 

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community. 

 

We understand that you logged out from your account on your previous devices, but if you still have access to those, you can remove your downloads by logging in to your Spotify account on the device which no longer needs the downloaded content and use the Remove all downloads button by going to Settings > Storage. If you don't have access to your previous devices, the downloads will be automatically removed in 30 days if your account has not been logged in on the said device.

 

However, if you don't have access to those device and you don't want to wait, we suggest that reach out to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look and further assist you with this.
