Hiya natalief723,

Im a multiple device user as well, and have had the same issue.

What ive found is that if you queue something to download on one device, it doesnt queue it on the others, if you have more than one signed in.  This is actually helpful to me, because one device has a lot more memory than the other.

I would just uncheck the arrow, then recheck it, and if that doesnt work, than close the app on the problematic device, wait 10 seconds, then restart.

if that doesnt work, you may want to re-install the app. There is another version of spotify, optimized for older versions of the iOS, that you could also try. "Spotify for iOS6"

Hope I Helped!

Hi there @natalief723 and @djrose97,
There is a limitation to how much offline devices you can use. (Three is the limit)

With this link you come to a previous post of mine where I explain things which could also concern You!

In Addition to that Post try to make a fresh installation from Spotify on All your devices!
What I mean in detail:
- Delete All the App Data from Spotify
- Also try a reinstall

Thanks, @djrose97 & @Quanty
My problem was fixed, I logged off other devices and unchecked/checked the arrow
