Offline on the old Ipad and Iphone 5s, all the time now, why?

I have a premium account that I sign in with the facebook account. I have old Ipad and I use an Iphone 5s. Since the last update it appears that my devices are offline. But they are not. I have already followed the recommended steps and they do not work. No tip has worked so far. Please help me. But if it is to paste the basic instructions to fix, please do not!

I understood, my fault ...

I was ONLINE on 5 different devices. Of course there was conflict.
