Hello I have some troubles for a long time. My playlist doesnt synchronise for offline use when I have some new songs in it. I am trying everything: my iPhone is charging, my wifi is on, spotify always open. I've updatet spotify, i have reinstalleted. Nothing happens! Can you help me with that? Thank you.

How much free storage space do you have on your iphone? The exclamation mark usually indicates it is running low. Spotify rcommends at least 1GB of free space.
