Offline playlist not available

I dont get Spotify Offline. I have repeatily experinced playlist set to Saved and Available Offline. But as soon as I am in the air certain list arent accesible. Check out the screen shots I took.
In the plain the playlist I'd set to offline the day before is not avaiable when I'm in the air. But once the phone regain connection it is available again.
What gives?

Thanks for your suggestions. In regards to the suggestions:

#1. Yes, I've got Premium

#2. Yes, I only use 3 devices. Primarily my iPhone

#3. It's not the sort of thing that I check on a regular basis. Why does this matter?

Hey @jayrocket75 thanks for getting back to us. You need to be online at least once every 30 days so we can confirm your Premium subscription is still active. 

Please go Online via your Settings and then back offline to see if this helps.

Oh I'm def online every month. Basically everyday.
