Offline playlist on iphone 4 usb connection to car - stuck on replay

My playlist is synced offline and stays plugged into my cars usb on a iphone4. As of 2-3 weeks ago, say I turn the car on and say The Cure - Friday I am love is playing, it will finish and it will continue to shuffle through my playlist until the car is turned off completely. Once I turn my car on, it will finish what ever song is on and it will then start back with the song from the last time the car was turned on, ie: The Cure Friday i am love is back on and it will replay the exact songs. I checked the app and sure enough replay 1 and shuffle are on, so I turn off replay but to change the songs I have to click shuffle All. Once the car is turned off and then back on replay is back on and it cycles through the last played songs.

For troubleshooting I have reset my phone, uninstalled the app, reset Sync in car, removed a bunch of songs and verified no weird settings that have recently popped up on both pc app and phone app spotify.. any ideas?
