Offline playlist won't sync to iphone, but works on ipad..

Hi I have an iphone 4's iOS version 7.11 My spotify playlist won't sync to my iphone. I have tried to delete and reinstall the app Make a hard reset on my phone But still Got the problem I have checked our ipad and here i works fine.

UPDATE !!!
Problem solved. After several times of reset, instal app, make playlist on/off , logges in and out.
I this morning tried to turn on the sync over 3 G function, still nothing happend, After this i turned the stream and sync funktion on, first 1 of Them still on result, but After turnering sync over 3 G, stream Extreme, , sync Extreme on at the same time... My playlist was gering sync. Aand ready to use in off Line mode.

there is still 7 gb free on the iphone device, 

safari and cookie cache is cleared

spotify version on iphone 1.2.0.344

off line playlist is also syncing to our nokia phone, which i now has delete from the system.

what else could i do ??

Hey Simsada,

Are you just trying to save songs already online in Spotify's library for offline access, or trying to sync local files from your computer onto the Spotify app?

The trouble is on both parts

I can't download playlist for offline use made by my self, and made by spotify.

Have tried to download New Music and Music that already exsist in my spotify acccount same problem.

This afternoon i tried to download the app, to an ipad which hasn't Got spotify on before. It was syncing both New Music from spotify and one of my playlist that has been made on pc.
