Offline playlists no longer offline available on iPhone 5s. **HELP**

Hi,

Since a few days my offline playlists are no longer offline available on my iPhone 5s. As far as i know nothing has changed. I have 3gb of free space and a working wifi connection. I clicked on the 'offline available' button but it says 'waiting for download'. I have tried it several times, but nothing has worked so far.

Is there a Spotify genius who can help me out here? I really miss my music while commuting.

Do you've tried to update/reinstall your app ? If not, here's a tutorial for a clean reinstallation.

Ok next 'problem'; spotify has changed the order of my songs on my iPhone by 'old > new' instead of 'new>old'. Can't find how to change it back again.. Do you also know a solution for this? 🙂
