Old problem back again--Spotify playing songs on my iphone I didn't ask for

I thought I'd fixed this problem with the help of the moderators a few weeks ago, and now the same problem is back again on my iphone. Even with the Autoplay function and Suggested songs function turned off on both my phone and my mac I still get completely random tracks. I would love to know why this is happening, and moreover why it's happening again.

I use a Mac Pro and an iphone 6s, and all my software is up to date.
