Only plays part of a song before skipping to the next one

My Question or Issue

When I am listening to any playlist in Spotify, it won't play any song in its entirety before skipping to the next. This is extremely frustrating. I have rebooted the phone, reloaded the app, etc. It also randomly plays songs I hate that aren't on the list I am listening to. It skips to something completely different. I pay monthly for this, it should work correctly. I can't find anything in settings that addresses this "partial playing each songs issue".
