Only "shuffle mode" in ios!

Only "shuffle mode" in ios!

I've just upgraded to premium version of spotify but i realized that i can stream only in shuffle mode on my iphone 5s. Is it the only way for a mobile device? If so premium version is not so interesting for me. Thank you

Hey there and welcome to the community.

 

No shuffle is not the only mode of premium.

Sounds like you have turned it on by accident.

A short step by step:

  1. start Spotify
  2. when a song is playing in the list your listening to, press the "arrow" (see screenshot 1)
  3. Then press the crossing arrows to turn off (if lit green it is on) shuffle.
  4. Enjoy the fun!

I'm not on free, but unfortunately app behave like i was....

Unfortunately this doesn't solve my problem.

Ive already tried to "uncheck" the arrows but nothing has changed.

What sometimes also helpes when you upgraded to premium is to reinstall the app. Please follow attached instructions.

I agree, it is rubbish and Ive wasted money! The old version was fine, I`m cancelling my subscription

Have you also checked your account page that it says Premium?

You can check it here: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

Meanwhile I will check with fellow Rock Stars if they have any suggestions.

I've checked with fellow Rock Stars but in our opinion it is best to contact Spotify support.

Give them a tweet on @SpotifyCares or you can go to https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/#_=_

 

Let us know if they have resolved your issue.
