PREMIUM: Dropbox songs not playable in offline mode!

Good morning,

I'm unable to sync files from dropbox on my iPhone7 plus (I have plenty of room), the app is enabled on my firewall, all software is up to date, both playlists are green on the downloaded switch, and the device is hooked up to the computer app. I have dropbox on my phone too... My problem is the songs work perfectly on my computer or if my phone is streaming with the computer app open, but if I try to access these songs w/o my computer present they don't work. I get a message, "if you own the song, you can sync it from your computer." I've already paid for these songs... This worked in the past without any issues. 

I'm a little frusterated between this issue and having two seperate accounts breached on seperate occassions. I question why I shell out money every month for this...

Went a head and cancled my subscription and signed up for Apple's streaming service, since this could not be resolved. I figured if I was going to have to put everything on an actual drive and upload it to a player, I might as well do it with a company that can actually keep my information safe... I had my premium account transfered twice to someone not in this country...

If you're a student Apple will only charge you 4.99 a month if you're interested and the quality of the music files is awesome.
