2 days ago I paid for Spotify Premium on my account "Squarecle", and instead of a 30 day trial, it said I have 48 hours remaining, and I intended to keep paying monthly, and didn't cancel my trial, but now, 2 days later, it won't recognize that I have Premium, and I have checked on my computer to ensure that I do, infact have Premium, and I do. But when I try to stream on iPhone, it says I must have a Spotify Premium account.
I then tried to get the 30 day trial on my Facebook-tie-in account, and it still says I don't have Premium when I try to stream from iPhone.
Very annoying to deal with on Christmas when I've gotten new headphones and can't use them for the music I love so much.
Solved! Go to Solution.
If you have verified your subscription online and it says premium, try logging out, restarting your device and then logging back in again.

Thanks bro, don't know how I missed trying to restart whilst logged out, but it worked, anyways.
Happy Christmas!

Hi.. Sorry for commenting and asking same question as many other ppl. But apparently this is a common
Issue that seems to be unresolved. I too am a premium member paying my dues each month and am unable to
Search n play music on iPhone. Now my playlists are not working either. I have read through other posts
But still unable to get to work n find it very difficult to search spotify online and contact someone. Especially
When paying monthly. Hope this issue can be resolved swiftly and effectively. Thanks

Is working lol. Any help would be great thanks
Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂
I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post.
Also, be sure that you are logging into the correct account, since it is amazingly easy to have two accounts, 1 using a spotify username and the other using Facebook. You can double check your subscription status at any time on your online account.
