Phone doesn't recognize my Premium

Phone doesn't recognize my Premium

Since the last update my Spotify App on my iPhone doesn't recognize my Premium account anymore. On my Mac it still says I have a Premium account.

Hi there! The best course of action here would be to try a clean reinstallation of the application.

Didn't work. What else can I do?

Hi, try not uninstalling and reinstalling, but log out of your account and re-login. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Hmm...if the clean reinstall didn't work, I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.
