Play Any Song and Song Will Skip to a Fixed Album on Multiple Device

My Question or Issue

Why when I am playing any song, after some time, the song will be skipped automatically to a default album with songs from Afraid Lou?

I have experienced this with my iPhone, Mac desktop client and web browser. I was playing other songs and it will be cut off almost after 1 minutes then with direct me to random songs from Afraid Lou, with the volume off. I strongly think it is my account issue but I don't know how to solve it.

Wow, this works miraculously! I signed out from all devices and it works!

I never expect someone hacked my Spotify account and made it keep plying the songs from that album (weird)!
