My Question or Issue

 Constantly music stops playing entirely when playing back from top playlists, or when shuffling an Artist. When I open the Spotify App to see what’s up, I get the message “Playback Failed - We’re not able to play this video in your location.”

 

I have Spotify Premium and am in the USA and this is annoying the **bleep** out of me.

 

Please fix. 😞

Hey @89-i5j_pq7ooc, thanks for reaching out.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Hello!

I have restarted my phone, uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, and
reinstalled the app. It is still doing this. 😞

Spotify Version
8.4.53.689

iOS Version
11.4

Hey again @89-i5j_pq7ooc,

could you please check weather your  country settings are set to the US at spotify.com/account or not. When they aren’t, please tchange them to the US 🙂
