Playing songs not in playlist

I'm connected to a speaker using a playlist I made for work. Random songs similar to what is on the playlist keep coming on, but they are not on my playlist. Autoplay is off, smart shuffle is off, my queue is cleared. I've resorted to just having to turn shuffle off entirely so it plays my songs in order which is annoying. I don't know what's causing this or what else to do.

Could you let me know if this is happening only on your iOS device, or do you experience it on other devices like Desktop or Web Player as well?

Have you already tried these steps to see if it makes any difference?
