Playlist/Album - sometimes the first song skips

Has anyone else had the issue where you listen to an album or playlist, you press play and the first song is skipped?

This doesn’t happen all the time but now and then. I have logged in and out but no difference.

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

Do you have any actual examples of this happening? Could you share links to those examples if you do have?

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Hello,

i have done this already and it still doesn’t fix the issue. I find that I have the click the track 5/6 times before it plays it. As I said random times so difficult to record a screenshot or analyse.
