Playlist Won't Show Up (iPad, online, free)

Okay, I have tried everything but when I go into my playlists my three playlists won't even show up! (The three dots just keep loading)

-I know I haven't deleted them.

-Also when I try to listen to someone elses playlist it'll play one song and then won't play the next song I choose.

This is what I've tried but won't work---->

-I've tried logging out and in again.

-I've tried deleting Spotify off my iPad and re-installing it.

PLEASE HELP!!!
