On iOS 17 - when I move a playlist into a playlist folder from the Spotify website it doesn’t update in the playlist folder on the mobile app
The app is on the latest version and I have waited multiple days to see if it just needed longer to sync but the playlist never moved into the folder on mobile. Also tried it with different playlist folders and it didn’t work with any of them.

Hey @xvie,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and welcome.
Just to clarify, would you mind confirming if on the Web Player you can see the playlist inside the folder, but on your mobile device the playlist is still outside of the folder? If that's the case, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. In case the playlist was not moved on either of the devices, could you use the desktop app to move the playlist to see if it makes any difference?
Also, we'd recommend checking if the mobile app is in Offline mode as this could affect the sync between your account and your device.
Lastly, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.
We'll be on the lookout.

Hi Oscar,
Thanks for the recommendations - I was able to resolve the sync issues by reinstalling the app on my phone.

Same issue here. I guess it's a common bug in the system. It's annoying that we have to reinstall everything to get the folders synced
I also had multiple playlists that were not moving into the folder I put them in using the desktop app. Something that worked for me: Have the Spotify app open on your desktop and phone at the same time. Move a playlist to a different folder (out of the folder) using the desktop app, then everything should update and you can move that playlist you moved out back into the right folder.
Thats a **bleep**ed solution. The bug should get fixed instead.
