Playlist from PC to iPhone

Hi! I've had Spoitfy Premium for a while now but have only used the mobile app.  I just downloaded the PC app and made a few new playlists and added songs to them, however when I go on to my mobile app the playlist shows up but it is not updated.  For ex. I initally named one new playlist "lit" then changed the name to "lit artists" and then added around 40 songs.  On my iPhone tho it still shows up as just "lit" and says it only has 1 song in it??  How do I get my playlists to transfer without having to just fully remake them on my phone?  Hope that makes sense and someone can help! (I already tried logging out and back into both my pc and my phone, it didn't help)
