Playlist name highlighted in bold characters?

Hi all,
Has anyone a clue why this particular playlist named 'Hello!' is displayed in bold characters and all other playlists are not. 
From what I am aware, I'm not following this playlist nor is this playlist available offline.
Please advice,
Im not so familiar with Spotify for iOS.

Hey @bobbels and welcome to the community!

I can only guess and I think there's 2 possibilities:

1) The owner used unicode bold letters (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halfwidth_and_Fullwidth_Forms_(Unicode_block))

2) The letters are bold because it's a featured playlist or made by Spotify / tastemakers (it also has its own playlist cover instead of the 4 first covers)
