My Question or Issue

Playlist songs are okay on my iMac and in browser but are greyed on my iPhone for a large part. (hundreds of songs but not all. Alway the first hundreds not random)

Connection and all are okay, other parts of the playlists play fine.

Until a few days again everything worked fine on the iPhone as well.

This type of issue is commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device from previous versions. In this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

 

If the issue persists, would you mind changing the Wi-Fi network to see if it makes any difference? In case you don't have another one available, you can test it with your mobile data or a hotspot.

 

Lastly, include in your next response the OS version and the Spotify version you're currently running on the affected device.
