Never had any issues before but I today created a new playlist on my Mac however it seems to not want to sync to my iPhone with a playlist called 'Loading' appearing. Any help greatly appreciated. Have reinstalled Spotify app on iPhone and cleared cache on Mac.

Having same issue.. Restart, Hard Restart, Uninstall and Reinstall on both Mac and iPhone..
I logged out of everything last night and all playlists loaded OK on the desktop version this morning. The iPad had issues loading, but I removed and re-installed and now that is working fine. iPhone hung for a couple minutes, but then popped up. It *appears* that all is well today. Not sure if something happened behind the scenese or not, but I'm hoping it sticks...

Same problem started for me on Samsung Ace
Having the exact same issue since yesterday.
Reinstalled Spotify App, Reset, Restarted Phone, nothing.
Loading, Loading, Loading.
Iphone 5S, iOS 7.1.2
Desktop works fine.
@Psycholex9 Have you tried a clean reinstallation lately? How does it work after that?
Was the first thing I did. Will try it again, but I don't anticipate different resultts.
Same result, not fixed. Becoming extremely frustrating as I use itt for everytthing.

I know that this post is somewhat old, but I am having some issues with my account and cant seem to get one playlist to load. Is there a fix for this?

It's happening to me as well on iOS. Have tried re-installing but doesn't seem to work, playlist just keeps "Loading..."

I have the same problem! Public playlists always loading in Asteroid Smart version of Spotify! I alredy reset the device 2 times to factory settings and started installed from scratch as descrived in the "COMPLETE-GUIDE-How-to-fix-most-Android-issues" thread, with no sucess!.
Can someone help me out. Please!
