Playlists gone on ipad

Playlists gone on ipad

I am a premium user and have spotify on my iPad and 2 iPhones. In the last two weeks my playlists have disappeared on the iPad even though they are still on my phones. Wen I try to access the playlists on my iPad, it looks like it is searching (2 black boxes with white dots on screen). I tried creating a new playlist and succeeded. However, the next time I opened spotify the new playlist was gone. I have read and tried the various tips on the website but to no avail.

Please help as this is a pain!

Have you tried re-installing the app?

Yup, tried this a few times. Still get the same issue.

Can anyone else help with this. Been without spotify on my iPad for 3 weeks.

I would suggest you get in touch with the Spotify support team directly using the online contact form and they can troubleshoot this a little further. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
