Playlists in iOS - Custom Order

My Question or Issue To set a custom order of Playlists the Desktop App is needed, but can there be an option to filter Playlist order by "Custom Order" and/or by "Desktop App Arrangement"?

I am not sure of what you're asking exactly. Are you asking if there is a Custom Order sort option on desktop or iOS?

Yeah, my first time starting a topic. Apologies, I thought the recommended info template would disappear and not be included in the post. 

Anyway, I've found my solution here:

It was in regard to playlist order in "Your Library" on iOS device. I realized I had to restart the Spotify app on my iOS device as well as the desktop app for it to refresh... and in order to see my playlists on my iOS device in the Custom order, I have set on my desktop app.
