Plays one song only

When I shuffle then go to another playlist then come back to the original one I was on the same song will come up on shuffle and I can't do anything to fix it it won't change to any other song but that song and it started when I was playing with the equalizer and changing the sound of the music, ever since then I've had this problem, and maybe the equalizer has something to do with it?

Have you tried turning off the equalizer in the settings?

Also try reinstalling the app to see if that helps
