Plays too fast

I have a iphone 6 plus, have reinstalled, turned off and on and the songs still play too fast, i would greatly appreciate any assiatance  thanks

i use headphones jacks and bluetooth, ive resetted de app and restarded the phone....i greatly appreciate any suggestions  

other wise im just going to cancel spotfy, which would be a pitty

So the issue happens when playing through the headphone jack and also when playing over bluetooth? Are you able to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

Finally - can you please confirm what version of iOS you are running?

Thank you for your concern, however today the speed went back to normal. Im not sure how or why though
Re IOS version, updated through latest versio, 10 something

Very strange! I'm thinking it was likely that it was an iOS glitch of sorts. Let us know if you have any further issues!
