My Question or Issue

Tried everything. Cleared cache, cleared storage, uninstalled the app...my podcast wont work. I push play and nothing happens. Even restarted my phone before reinstalling it. Then I try to report it and the app doesn't have the option. Then after googling how to get help I come here and type out my issue in detail, only to get an error message and have to type it out again. I'm livid. When I pay for a service I expect it to work properly, and frankly I'm not impressed with the reporting system. I would appreciate any help, but if it's not fixed soon I will be canceling my subscription. Thank you for your time.

Idk if they did anything, but i woke up this morning and the issue was resolved. Maybe the solution is complaining about it 🤔 anyway, best of luck to others who may be having this issue and thank you to spotify staff for resolving the matter.

Same with me and it seems a lot of other users. Hopefully they'll release a statement or acknowledge this is happening.

Hi i am also experiencing this problem and i have tried everything. Clearing my cache, reinstalled the app, restarted my phone and loggin out and back in. Im using and IPhone 11 pro and have the lastest software

For the other users on the thread, could you check if the issue was resolved for you too or not?. 

If persistent, include in your next response the make, model and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to keep investigating.

 

We'll be on the lookout.
