Podcasts Won't play or Download

My Question or Issue

I cannot stream any podcasts via mobile. The play bar flashes briefly, but then acts as though I never hit play. I cannot download any podcasts either. This issue began today, when I went to listen to episode 17 of "The History of Rome" podcast. All prior episodes had no issues. 

Yes, I have reinstalled the application. Yes, I have restarted my phone. Yes, I have logged out and back in. Yes, it works on my PC. Yes, this issue persists whether I am on the mobile network or over Wifi. Yes, other things still play. It is only podcasts which do not.

Same problem on Android. Can't listen to podcast Business Wars with mobil network, while I can play songs. Instead, if I turn on the wifi the podcast turna out just fine.
