Possible bug??

Possible bug??

I just updated Spotify this morning and since then I've been noticing that when I try to skip through my music in my Starred playlist that it goes through the songs backward regardless of what order the songs or albums are in. If I skip forward through an album, it skips all the way to the bottom of the album and goes back to the top as I keep skipping. And if I skip backward then it will go through the album normally as if I were skipping forward before this update. I don't know if this is a bug or anything similar but with this happening, I can't listen to an album without having to skip backwards and going to a completely different song.

Hi,
Reinstalling the Spotify App should fix this (None of your music or playlists will be affected). I'll check if it's a known issue, if not bring it up. If it doesn't, please reply back!
Thanks

Unfortunately reinstalling the Spotify app did not fix this issue.

Unfortunately reinstalling the Spotify app did not resolve this issue.

I have found that if you add the songs of an album backwards one at a time then it plays through the album as it should. But if I add the whole album at once then it will continue to play the album in reverse. This could be a solution but then that would mean I would have to delete 500+ songs one at a time and then add them all back backwards...I hope there will be a solution to this that's not so unnecessary and time consuming.

Thanks,

Hi,
Can you try logging in to your account on another device, and see if the same bug occurs?
Thanks

Hi,
I had tried what you said on multiple devices such as another phone, PC, and an iPad and all seem to be working fine other than my iPhone which is what device I'm having the problem on.
