Premium Account on 2 IOS and one WIndows Phone device, worked only on one

Hi. When my wife uses spotify on the windows phone, I cannot play songs on my IOs Device, even I have downloaded the playlist... This should not be, or did I wrong understand the premium account?

Well I'm sorry, but I can't give you any advice on how to break the rules / entering a backdoor.

You might be interested in the new Family Subscription plan that is rolling out in a few countries.

Hey there,

you can only listen on one device at a time with a premium subscription. One subscription is meant for one person, so I suggest your wife should open a seperate Spotify account with her own subscription.

Thx Carina. But shouldn´t it be possible that one os listening online and the other one downloaded playliste (offline)? I thought offline should go as well ....

Ok. of course you need not open me backdoors. I thought I had in mind, that it is not possible to use 2 times online, but one off and one online...

And yes... Pls tell me more about the family subscription...

You can get more info about the plan over here: https://www.spotify.com/family/

And here: https://news.spotify.com/us/2014/10/20/introducing-spotify-family-one-account-for-the-whole-band/

Since it's a new feature, it might be that it's not available in your country yet. But it's rolling out worldwide in the next weeks.
